What happens if I arrive late due to flight delays?
We recommend that you have at least one night in Nuuk before your departure to the camp. We also highly recommend good insurance. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by third-party transport.
Is it possible to add extra nights?
Stays are typically 1–2 nights. Extra nights are possible depending on availability and can either be booked whilst at the camp or in advance.
Can I book Camp Kangiusaq without other Nuuk activities?
Yes, it can be booked standalone.
Is there always staff present at the camp?
Yes, staff are available throughout your stay.
Will I have phone signal at the camp?
There is no phone signal at the camp. If there are any important messages you need to send or calls you need to make, then make sure you do so in Nuuk before departure.

Can you help arrange transportation to Nuuk?
We can advise, but third-party transport must be booked separately. The main providers of domestic travel within Greenland are Air Greenland, by plane and helicopter, Arctic Umiaq Line, by ship, and Disko Line, by boat.
Are there emergency procedures at the camp?
Yes, safety equipment and trained staff are onsite.
Is there a quiet area for reading or relaxing?
The whole camp is designed for peace. Guests find their own favorite spots.
